Every year around this time, the same question surfaces at the coffee counter and in the school pickup line: what's actually new around Boca? Not the reopens, not the rebrands, but the places that weren't here last fall. The answer for 2026 is unusual, because it isn't scattered. It's clustered.
Three corridors are absorbing almost every meaningful opening this year: the Town Center pocket at the west end of Glades, the Mizner Park perimeter downtown, and the Yamato Road stretch running toward the west side. If you know which corridor got which restaurant, you can plan a full season of nights out without ever crossing town twice in the same weekend. The Town Center Cluster
Town Center at Boca Raton is quietly becoming a proper restaurant destination again, and two coming-soon openings anchor the shift. Felice, the New York-based Italian restaurant and wine bar founded on Manhattan's Upper East Side, is opening a new location at Town Center at Boca Raton, located at 6000 Glades Road. The Town Center website lists the restaurant as "coming soon," although no exact date has been set. Felice was created by restaurateur Jacopo Giustiniani and is part of SA Hospitality Group, the hospitality company behind Sant Ambroeus and Casa Lever, and it has developed a loyal following for its handmade pastas and extensive wine program featuring selections from the family's own vineyard.
Joining it is Limani Grill. Coming soon to Town Center, Limani Grill brings a refined Mediterranean seafood ethos to Boca Raton, showcasing Greek culinary traditions through market-fresh seafood, crudo, and charcoal-grilled specialties with premium ingredients like first-pressed Kalamata olive oil and Santorini capers. Between the two, Town Center is angling squarely for a sit-down dinner crowd it hadn't seriously chased in years. The practical result, if you live west of I-95, is that the mall side of Glades is now a legitimate dinner destination again, not a lunch-only detour.
The Mizner Park Perimeter
Downtown's story this fall is anchored by a late-night arrival. Nômade held a late-night bites and high-energy grand opening near Mizner Park on May 20, 2026. The timing matters more than it looks. Nômade landed as the Amphitheater slid into its Summer in the City run, meaning the block already had a rhythm of people spilling out of concerts looking for something after 10 p.m. A serious late-night kitchen in this pocket is a genuine gap-filler.
The other piece to know here is MINŌ Omakase & Sake Bar, an intimate omakase experience rooted in seasonality that opened April 1, 2026, and reset the neighborhood's ceiling for high-end Japanese. Between MINŌ, Nômade, and the existing Mizner rotation, the perimeter is now working as a proper "before, during, and after" district instead of a single-purpose amphitheater block.
Two amphitheater dates to circle for fall: Passport to Pours on Saturday, October 3 at Mizner Park Amphitheater, and the 13th Annual Boca Raton Wine & Food Festival on November 21. Both are the kind of evenings where dinner reservations two blocks away start disappearing about 10 days out.
The Yamato and West-Boca Corridor
The most underrated stretch this year is Yamato Road. Four openings are stacking within a few miles of each other, and each one hits a different daypart, which is the whole reason the corridor matters.
Start with dinner. Pepe's Cantina is preparing to open a new Boca Raton location at Regency Court at Woodfield Plaza, its eighth site, going into the space that was once home to Lucille's BBQ near Regency Court's northern entrance at 3011 W. Yamato Road, Suite A1 at the northwest corner of Yamato Road and Jog Road. That's the first meaningful sit-down Mexican option that stretch has seen in some time.
Then morning. Crema Gourmet on Yamato Road opened this April, serving fresh coffee and smoothies alongside a full menu of salads, sandwiches, and pasta, with an all-day breakfast lineup that keeps eggs, omelets, pancakes, and toast available well past the morning rush. A few doors of thinking away, Black Star Bakery & Cafe planned to open its first location outside of New York around May, focused on artisan baking, quality coffee, and health-conscious fare spanning croissants, bagels, sandwiches, and grain bowls, with specialty offerings like lavender or rose matcha iced lattes. And for the sweet-tooth camp, Beignets & Brew is coming soon to Boca Raton, pairing specialty coffees like the Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte and Honey Cinna-Lavender with signature beignets in varieties like the Cinna-Swirl and the Turtle, finished with caramel, cream cheese, chocolate, and pecans.
The under-the-radar move on this side of town is Maman. Later this year, French café Maman will expand into the area with three new locations: west Boca Raton, central Boca Raton, and downtown Delray Beach. Three storefronts in one county for one brand is not a routine decision. It says something about where operators think the daily density of coffee-and-pastry runs is heading, and it's a useful signal even if you never step inside one.

If you want to build actual plans instead of scrolling on a Friday at 7 p.m., these are the anchor dates worth saving. All are at the Mizner Park Amphitheater or The Studio at Mizner Park unless noted.

That November 21 double-booking is the one to plan around. Wine festival into a comedy set two buildings away is the play, and Garage C at 3rd Street and Mizner Boulevard or Garage D at 5th Street and Mizner Boulevard is the quiet route in.
One Dinner-and-After Pairing Per Corridor
The whole point of knowing the three corridors is being able to build a night without driving back across town at 10:30. A rough guide:

Charm City Burger Co. is bringing a second location for its beloved burger eatery, with cult-favorite handcrafted burgers like The Emperor, made with American Wagyu. Il Migliore is set to open along East Palmetto Park Road with a modern Italian dining experience showcasing housemade pastas, refined antipasti, and classic Italian entrées in a stylish yet approachable space well-suited for date nights, business dinners, and celebratory occasions.
The map for the rest of 2026 is set. Three corridors, three different reasons to leave the house, and enough dated calendar anchors between now and Thanksgiving to fill every other weekend without repeating yourself.
