As an out-of-state buyer, I had a great experience working with Curtis to find a property in Delray Beach that best fit our needs. Curtis researched various properties before we arrived, then he met with us on at least 3 occasions to tour all of those properties that met our criteria (10+). He responded quickly to set up showings and was very patient as we were deciding exactly what and where we wanted to be. With all the delays we experienced and the important deadlines in the contract, Curtis was always on it! He was thorough, conscientious, and paid close attention to the details.
